CPTV Media is the award-winning student broadcast production program of Crown Point High School. Located in Crown Point, Indiana, the program is comprised of over 50 students who are responsible for producing content for local broadcast such as the CPTV Newscast (2017 NATAS Chicago Crystal Pillar winner and NATAS National Crystal Pillar nominee), documentaries, features, short films and commercials for Comcast & U-verse broadcast. This winter, CPTV Media has been preparing to launch a 24/7/365 radio stream (The DOG Radio) during late spring. The station’s format will be “hot hits” but will also feature morning and afternoon drives shows, sports talk radio and political commentary.
